Andrew Fischer is one of these guys, but it looks like he found something really exciting.

The concept is simple. Ads are sold starting at $1. Each additional ad costs just $1 more than the previous. It's advertising meets "King of the Hill," hence the name "King of the Bill."

I'm not sure the ROI would be so good but... it's tempting to become a King, even if it's just for a few hours. Today, it costs $92 to become King of the Bill. If the major medias are picking it up, I guess it can really make a boom!
